Ordering & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been processed. If for some reason you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam mail. If your confirmation email has still not been received, please contact us at

Order Not Received

We will do our best to get your products to you within 10 days of processing. If you have not received your products within this time frame, please email us at with the subject line: "ORDER NOT RECEIVED - (Insert Order Number)." 
We kindly ask that you please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions.

Order Cancellation

Because we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, cancellation requests cannot be considered. We ask that you please double check your selections when ordering your items.

Shipping Restrictions

Please expect 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US).In the event your selected delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. Returned item(s) will receive a store credit and will not be exchanged, with the exception of mirrors. Mirrors can be returned and exchanged. Please also note, shipping charges will not be refunded.

The returns policy may vary during promotional periods, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order.

Returns Process

All returns will be at the customer's expense. Please contact us at with the subject line: "RETURN - (Insert Order Number)" so that we can be expecting your returned item(s).

Damaged Items

If you receive items that are in a damaged condition, please send us a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to with the subject line: "DAMAGED - (Insert Order Number)." This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note, our mink lashes are handmade, so discrepancies are possible. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this does not constitute as a damaged product.

Items not received

If you have did not receive all of the items from your order, please contact us at with the subject line: "MISSING ITEM - (Insert Order Number." Cases must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully. If we have not received completed case submissions within 7 days of receiving your order, cases may no longer be eligible for review.
